■Notice of system maintenance
　Wednesday, October 8, 19:30～22:30 The service will be suspended during the above period.
Approval of applications for use will be suspended on September 26-29AM.

■Ritsumeikan University
　〇Current students will not be able to use the service from September 26 to the morning of September 29.
〇The Transcripts of Academic Record including the grades for AY 2025 spring semester will be available to apply for issuance from the afternoon of September 29.
〇The various “prospective certificates” will be unavailable for applying from September 26 to the morning of October 1.

Applying for certificates is not possible on September 21-22AM due to updates to student data.
It will be possible to apply for certificates from the afternoon of September 22 once the Fall Semester begins.
