　Aug. 8 (Sat.) – Aug. 17 (Mon.)
During the above period, application approvals for the Online Application Website, certificate mailing services, and support by service counter, telephone, or e-mail will be unavailable.
Please note that certificate applications submitted through the Online Application Website on Aug. 7 (Fri.) may not be processed until on or after Aug. 18 (Tue.).
　　　
〇Current students will not be able to use the service from Sep. 26 - 28AM.
〇The Transcripts of Academic Record including the grades for AY 2026 spring semester will be available to apply for issuance from the afternoon of Sep. 28.
