During the above period, application approvals for the Online Application Website, certificate mailing services, and support by service counter, phone, or e-mail will be unavailable.
Please note that certificate applications submitted through the Online Application Website on Aug 7 (Fri) may not be processed until on or after Aug 18 (Tue).
　　　
〇Current students will not be able to use the service from Sep 26 - 28AM.
〇The Transcript of Academic Record including the grades for AY 2026 Spring Semester will be available for application from Sep 28 (PM).

Current students cannot apply for certificates on Sep 21–24 (AM) due to updates to student data.
It will be possible to apply for certificates from Sep 24 (PM) once the Fall Semester begins.

・If you wish to have your certificate sent overseas, please check the Japan Post website Service availability by country before submitting your application. Please note that payments cannot be refunded after the transaction is completed.

The user ID required for login is the e-mail address registered at the time of application.
