・As of October 3, 2025, postal delivery to Canada is suspended. If you need to send documents to Canada urgently, please contact the Manabi Station on the campus to which your college or graduate school belongs before applying to confirm possible arrangements.

Between 1:30 PM and 4:38 PM on Friday, October 17, a maintenance notice was displayed for the following certificates, making them temporarily unavailable for selection.
